After a successful Feasibility Study Bradford and now Halifax have launched.

Bradford

Halifax

Following the successful pilot phases in Leeds, we conducted further feasibility studies to identify other areas that could benefit from our approach. Our research pinpointed Bradford and Halifax as two promising locations. These areas stood out due to their significant populations of underrepresented groups in tennis, coupled with the presence of all-weather facilities and LTA-accredited coaching that are accessible to these communities.

Throughout 2024, we thoroughly investigated how we could effectively break down barriers for children from these underrepresented groups, enabling them to consistently participate in tennis and experience its mental, physical, social, and personal benefits.

We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve officially launched our programs in both Bradford and Halifax! In Bradford, an initial cohort has joined the program, led by the highly experienced Matt McTurk. Similarly, the Halifax program is now up and running with the invaluable assistance of Lucy Dean, who is heading the program there. We’re incredibly excited to see these new groups begin their tennis journeys!

In recently started Sheffield we’ve managed the get the programme off the ground with the help of Joseph Newman-Billington
